As a family-owned and operated business we realize that we are only as good as our employees. Lucky for us, we have some great employees. Our plant manager, Tim Price, and production manager, Bob Weeks, have been with us for over 20 years.
One of the best parts about being small business owners is watching your employees grow: buying homes, having kids, and sending those kids to school. Our own two boys worked summers back in the days when the plant was located at our home. Since those early days, the business has done quite a bit of growing of its own.
In addition to great employees, we have a smokin’ new truss plant. If you’re ever in our neck of the woods, we’d be happy to give you a tour.
